Bought a Cooper S from Ed at Moorlake and the service was second to none. Unfortunately the car had a few issues which they went over and above to resolve. Turned out the car had some major electrical faults which could't be cured unless it went back to BMW. Ed was hugely apologetic and offered me 3 very reasonable solutions; Full Refund, some cash back to take the car to a specialist, or a choice of replacement Minis (nothing took my fancy). I accepted his offer of a full refund which was in my account before I got back to my office (30 yards away). Although I didn't end up with a car from these guys I can only judge them on service which was exceptional. Next time I'm in the market for a second hand car it'll be the first place I go.
